A Word about Legal Fees
For divorce consultations, and other matters billed hourly, we charge a $150 initial consultation fee, which includes up to 45 minutes of the attorney's time. There is no consultation fee for cases which would be taken on a contingency fee. At the time of the initial consultation, the attorney will provide the client with detailed information concerning hourly rates, an estimated fee range, and billing procedures.
