Mary M. Puhlick

Attorney Puhlick is a 1985 graduate of the University of Connecticut and received her law degree from the University of Bridgeport in 1990. She has practiced in the areas of family and marital law, personal injury law and Indian law. She is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut, the United States District Court for the State of Connecticut and for both the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Court and Mohegan Gaming Disputes Court. She is also a member of the New London County, Connecticut and American Bar Associations as well as the Connecticut and American Trial Lawyers' Associations. She is serving as the President of the New London County Bar Association for the term 2007-2008. She was a principal speaker at the Connecticut Bar Associates Indian Law seminar in 2005. She has served as an instructor for the Paralegal Studies program with the University of Connecticut from 2002 through present and has also been actively involved as the President of the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Southeastern Connecticut since 1999.

Attorney Cartier has been practicing law since 1985. He is a member of the New Hampshire, Connecticut State and Federal bars as well as the bars of the Mohegan Tribal and Gaming Disputes Court and Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Court. He is experienced in the areas of family and marital law, personal injury law, Indian Law, employment discrimination, criminal law, military law and real estate. He graduated in 1985 from the Franklin Pierce Law Center and in 1982 with honors from Saint Anselm College. He has served as business law instructor at Three Rivers Community College from 1991 through 1996 and as an instructor for the Paralegal Studies program with the University of Connecticut from 1994 to the present. He is a Commander with the U.S. Navy, Judge Advocate General's Corps.
